Seems like I have been away forever....
First of all I want to give a huge thank you to Stana Steen from High Standards Technology. Without them I would not be able to be on here. It took Stana several hours to clean out our computer and put it back together again remotely. I have never met a computer tech who did not make me feel like a complete idiot and terribly uncomfortable because of my lack of knowledge on a computer. She was absolutely phenomenal!!!! Not only did she spend hours fixing the problem the other computer guy did not fix, she made sure everything worked and made me feel at ease with her easy to follow instructions.

I highly recommend you go to www.weredown.com. They say they take the mystery out of Networking and Computer Services. They should add they can fix the problem and you can trust them to do it right. Tom & I are both indebted!!!!
