IT (Information Technology) Systems Engineer (Houston, Tx)

Responsible for maintaining the best operational and security practices for internal organization and client, while performing security analyses on hardware and software components. Work on simulations, using manual or automated tools when necessary and creation of automated testing for API, SDK integrations to examine and speculate system performance under different operating circumstances. Evaluate technologies relevant to the company to make competitive, usable, and profitable decisions for project management. Responsible for initial implementations, on-boarding, off-boarding, optimization, technical documentation, and training as needed for MSP Products.

Requires 3 Years of experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) with ConnectWise/Kaseya products, and Experience in PowerShell, IT Glue, Datto, Unitrends, Sophos, SPAM filtering and Office 365, CRM, or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) markets, remote monitoring, and management (RMM) systems, desktop, and server installation along with network configuration.

Requires a bachelor's degree in any computer discipline. And 3 years of relevant experience.
